About me
I am a software and data engineer currently working as an AI trainer for DataAnnotation, where I am teaching LLMs to code.
Previously, I worked for the NYC Office of the City Clerk where I built and enhanced data access platforms, optimizing both the front-end and database structure. My prior positions at two real estate investment companies involved developing automation tools, web crawlers, and ETL-like data pipelines to collect, filter, organize, and store information on promising leads.
In all of these past positions, I had the opportunity to interface directly with the stakeholders of the tools I developed, from the workers who used the programs to the decision-makers within the organizations. These were excellent opportunities to learn the value of good, well-organized data, as well as to become comfortable working across multiple axes of interest, from the daily impact on the end-users of a product to the financial and organizational goals of an institution.
My professional interests include all things data, and I am always on the hunt to learn more. I am particularly drawn to database design and pipelining, with a growing emphasis on big data and modern storage architectures. Other interests include natural language processing, machine learning, and cryptography.
When I’m not poring over manuals on how to create Audacity extensions (or whatever the day’s fixation is), you can probably find me snowboarding down sheets of ice at a local mountain, playing the piano, watching movies, or playing word games.
For business inquiries or just to connect, I am available and active on LinkedIn.
